The centralization of military power is the path and the keynote to success. We cannot improve the standard of living for our soldiers until victory is achieved.

If we fail to carry on the National Revolution, we

shall be ungrateful to our 30,000 comrades who died

in the field. Our failure to complete the National

Revolution will involve ourselves and China in ruin.

The National Revoutionary Armies solely aim at the emancipation of the Chinese race, the support of bona-fide peasants and workmen, and the early elimination

of all antagonistic influences.

Long live the union of all peasants, workmen,

merchants, students and soldiers.

Report and guard against all re-actionary people who attempt to stir up trouble among us.

Centraize our aims and guard our organisation. Down with all reactionary elements who would

destroy our National Revolution.

Down with all Communist intrigues. Down with all members of the Kuomintang who also hold membership in the Communist Party.

Down with those who betray our Kuomintang to

acquire power.

Down with those who betray our Nation to acquire power.

Down with the bagus Goverment in the hands of those in Tung Kiao Man Lane, Peking.

Down with the bogus Government in Wuhan which

is in the control of Borodin.

Down with the bogus Kuomintang Department at Hankow that has been monolized by the Communists.
